Those with the power make the laws. Those with the power select the judges to sit on the federal bench. In the history of the Supreme Court it has been lukewarm at upholding the rights of non white citizens.
The Federal legislative branch is not interested in passing comprehensive voting rights legislation. When Joe Manchin and Krysten Sinema say that they are interested in bi-partisan legislation to protect voting rights they are really saying to hell with voting rights legislation.
In South Africa when the majority population knew that the aparthied regime was unsustainable they doubled down and dug their heels in. What we see happening in the US is the same kind of behavior.
In the history of this nation its black, brown, yellow, and red people have never sought revenge for the injustices visited upon them. All they ask is that they have the same opportunity as their white brothers and sisters. What is so difficult to understand about that.
2020 census results reveal what we all know. Based on population Demographics they are probably the last census report where whites will hold the majority. Change is inevitable. If you stand in the way or try to stop it you will be steam rolled. Stop the madness now
